Digital Hachiko (2F)

Hachiko statue is famous for being a popular meeting spot for tourists and Japanese locals - which often makes it extremely overcrowded and hard to even find who you are looking for.

On Shibuya Fukuras's second floor - within the Tokyu Plaza shopping mall – a new indoor meeting point with a virtual replica of Hachiko has been created. A Hachiko hologram that allows you to dress up Hachiko, give commands and otherwise spend time with the adorable Shiba while you wait for friends to arrive.

Short films are also available to watch as you wait. 3 giant floor to ceiling screens play short films that showcase Shibuya and keep you updated with the day's weather forecast.

Pepper Parlor (5F)

While you will find a wide variety of restaurants located on the 6th and 7th floors of Shibuya Fukuras, the 5th floor is where you will find robot waiters ready to entertain, dance and take your orders. Shibuya Fukuras's Pepper Parlor cafe specialises in waffles and premium drinks such as milkshakes and vegan alternatives.
